LIQUOR AND CIGARETTES PERMIT 

All the liquor must have the importation label, we are not allowed to serve any alcoholic beverages without regulations on weddings or special events. Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves or outdoors. 

RENT OF AREAS

***The reception is for 4 hours, any extension will have a cost of $800 usd per hour, plus $50 usd per server per hour requesting it in advance. Additional cost in the open bar packages. The maximum time for outdoor events is 10:00 pm and 2:00 am in the Convention Center.

NO FIREWORKS, CHINESE LANTERNS, SPARKLERS, PARTY POPPERS, STREAMERS, TORCHES, ARTIFICIAL PETALS, DRONES OR PETS ARE ALLOWED.

GUARANTEE

The minimum charge applied based on the confirmed guarantee, which may vary only if the event attendance/stay/package is greater than that established, upon notification made to the hotel at least 15 days prior to the event date. If this is done within a shorter period, the hotel may increase the cost of the services required. By standards of the company it is forbidden to take remaining food of any events.

PAYMENTPOLICIES

We request the following in order to consider the event date and definitive group confirmation.

• Payment of 40% upon the signing of the present contract.
• Payment of 40% 1 month prior the Event.
• Payment of 20% 7 days prior the Event

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the event is cancelled 6 or more months prior to the agreed upon date, 90% of the payments 
• If the event is cancelled 3 to 6 months prior to the event, 80% of the amount paid up to that date will be refunded.
• If the event is cancelled 1 to 3 months prior to the event, 50% of the amount paid up to that date may be refunded.
• Any cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the event shall be charged the Entire Payment for the cost of the event (Food and Beverage and extras), in the event it is not held.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE

It is understood that the hotel is not responsible for the reserved rooms, spaces or services that must be cancelled due to causes beyond its control such as weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, airport and border closings, economic recession, uprisings, warnings, etc. This agreement consists of the final negotiations and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreement.
